Advertising measurement on sign-up
When you start a trial at app.pesta.io/start, we measure which of our ads brought you, using:
- The Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API: when your account is created we send Meta a hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email address, your browser and click information, and an event identifier
- Google Ads conversion tracking with Enhanced Conversions, through Google Tag Manager: Google receives a hashed copy of your email address
- Campaign information from the link you arrived by (UTM parameters, and Google and Meta click identifiers such as gclid and fbclid), which we store with your new account

AI and automation. Our AI voice agent is designed to assist with communication and automation. While we aim for high accuracy, responses and outcomes may vary depending on configuration and real-world conditions.

SMS and text messages
Trap Warranty Inc. d/b/a Pesta sends appointment confirmations and service updates by text message on behalf of the businesses we serve.
How you consent. You consent by asking for a text during a phone call with us or with one of our client businesses. We only message the number you provide on that call. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers for messaging.
What you will receive. Confirmations of what was arranged on your call, and updates about that appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
Service providers. When a business we serve keeps a repair vendor on file, we may text that vendor about an urgent job they could take, on the business’s behalf. Vendors reply STOP to stop these texts, or use the link in any job email.
Sharing. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access or update your personal information
- Request deletion of your data (unless we are legally obligated to keep it)
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Opt out of advertising measurement through your Meta and Google ad settings, or your browser’s cookie and privacy controls
